Do you accept PayPal? 

Yes, you can pay securely using PayPal through this website. 

I don't have PayPal, do you accept card payments? 

It is not a problem if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay via PayPal through this website with a credit/debit card. To do this, add an item to your basket as usual and select the second checkout option ("Pay without a PayPal account"). This will allow you to pay via card safely through PayPal without needing an account to do so. 

How long is delivery?

Each piece has a different time scale for completion as they are all handcrafted by me in the workshop. Current lead time is 6-8 weeks but if there is a specific date you have in mind, please contact me beforehand to see if this is possible. 

Do you ship worldwide?

There are a few countries that we are unable to ship jewellery to as it may be prohibited for import. Currently we are aware that we are unable to ship to Bahrain and Paraguay. It might be worth double checking before you place your order or getting in touch so that we can check this for you.

How much is shipping?

I offer free international shipping on all orders which is tracked, insured and requires a signature upon receipt.

Do I need to pay import taxes if I am outside of the UK?

Yes, should your country request them. If you are outside of the UK, it would be advised that you look into whether your country will charge you VAT or duty taxes on your order as it may be classed as imported goods. Most commonly, your countries customs offices would contact you, requesting a payment, before the last leg of its journey. I offer free international shipping as a way of helping with these costs.

How do I translate my ring size into UK sizing? 

As Fran Barker Design is a UK based company, we use UK ring sizing. If you don't know your UK ring size, you will need to convert it. There are two ways to do this, that I would recommend; the first is to visit your local jeweller and ask them to check your ring size and convert it for you. Alternatively, if you already know your size, you can use Fran's conversion chart.

My size isn't listed, what should I do? 

If your size isn't listed, please contact me and I will advise if this size is available for the particular ring you wish to purchase.
